For orders placed on Sundays, holidays or weekdays after 3:00 p.m. they are processed the next working day. Products are shipped once the products are available and the order is complete.
Orders remain valid and available for delivery up to 15 calendar days from their entry.
In the event that it is not possible to complete the order (indicatively mentioned: non-availability of products requested with the order or wrong registration) the order is canceled and a relevant informative e-mail follows.
For orders with products that are not immediately available, but on order, we will contact you to inform you of the estimated delivery time of the products.
The update is usually made within the next two (2) working days from the date of the order to the contact information you filled in your order.

ways to receive the products you are interested in.
1. If the amount of your order is greater than €250 (Net value without VAT). Then your products are shipped for free. The shipping method is chosen by KAPA EMPORIO.
2. If the amount of your order is less than €250 (Net value without VAT). Then the customer chooses the shipping method and assumes the cost of shipping the order.
Upon receipt of your order, the condition of the products and their packaging should be counted and checked, so that if any problem is detected that may have arisen during transport, do not proceed with receiving the products, but contact us immediately and at the same time declare it directly to the carrier.
