    Returns Policy

    You have the right to return products purchased online within fifteen (15) days from the invoice date.

    The costs for the return of the products are borne by the sender to our company,

    Out-of-warranty products are charged with shipping and repair costs.

    In the event that the product you received is different from the one you ordered, you can return it within fifteen (15) days of purchase without shipping charges. The return of the product, in this case, can only be done if the product is in its original condition and with full original packaging and after contacting the company and completing the relevant RMA form.

    The shipping costs for the specific cases are at our expense with the basic condition that you have previously contacted the Customer Service Department.

    Please note that returns are only accepted if:

    1. The products come complete with packaging
    2. Product tags have not been removed or damaged in any way
    3. Shipping packaging should be suitable for the items to be returned, securing the contents
    4. In the package are all the accessories of the product such as the box, warranty, operating manuals and proof of purchase, as all of the above are part of the product
    5. In the event that repair is not possible, the defective products are replaced (with the same or similar ones with the same or superior characteristics)
    6. The warranty is valid as long as the product has been used correctly

    Για την επιστροφή των προϊόντων πρέπει να τηρηθεί η παρακάτω διαδικασία:

    1. Complete an RMA form or contact Customer Service at 2341024654
    2. Receipt of form printed by the customer and accompanying the product.
    3. Shipping Note with the items to be returned and the RMA form with the products.
    4. Attention: In the field “Purpose of distribution” fill in “For inspection” and be accompanied by the Sales Receipt of the products when they are under warranty.
